Our MCC+PLC control cabinet has passed the UL508A industrial control cabinet core safety standard certification (latest revision in 2025), strictly follows the requirements of ANSI/NFPA 70 national electrical specifications, and is a core device integrating motor control and logic control in the field of industrial automation. It is suitable for general industrial scenarios with voltage levels of 1000V and below, and the ambient temperature range is 5°C (41°F) to 40°C (104°F). Customized ambient temperature ratings can be marked according to actual needs.

The equipment integrates the motor start/stop, speed regulation, and overload/short circuit protection functions of the MCC (motor control cabinet) with the precise logic control and data acquisition capabilities of the PLC (programmable logic controller). All core components inside the cabinet are UL-approved (UL Listed or UL Recognized), and component matching, wire selection, and temperature rise control are strictly completed in accordance with the UL508A standard. The SCCR (short circuit current rating) is clearly marked to ensure effective prevention of fire, electric shock, and equipment malfunction risks even under worst-case conditions.

The product adopts a modular integrated design, enabling sequential motor control, interlocking control, and real-time monitoring and recording of operating parameters. It possesses excellent electromagnetic compatibility and anti-interference capabilities, supporting seamless integration with industrial IoT systems for remote monitoring, fault warning, and maintenance.
